about
I built the thing I kept wishing existed.
A note from the founder.
I'm Ludvig Isaksen, the founder of Packshot Studio. I also run FINE CHAOS — an independent Copenhagen fashion brand. Which means, before I was the person who built this tool, I was the person who needed it.
Every season, the same ritual. Samples come back from production. We've already photographed them on models, in lookbooks, in motion. But a retail buyer wants a clean on-white. A wholesale platform requires ghost-mannequin. The webshop needs packshots before the drop can go live. So the product sits — photographed but unsellable — while I book a studio, coordinate a photographer, ship samples, wait.
The money wasn't even the biggest part of it. Studio day rates, photographer fees — those are real, and they add up fast for a small brand. But the time was what really hurt. Three weeks of lead time to publish something that was already made. Already shot, in a different format.
What I kept thinking was: the garment has already been photographed. It just needs to look like a clean studio packshot. Why does that require a whole new shoot?
So I built Packshot Studio to answer that question. You send us the images you already have. We use AI to turn them into on-white and ghost-mannequin packshots. A human reviews every image before it reaches you. One thing, done well.
The imagery is AI-generated — we're straightforward about that. What we deliver is reviewed before it leaves us, and we won't send you a packshot that misrepresents your product.
If that sounds like something useful, I'd be glad to show you what it looks like on your own products. The first sample is free.
See it on your products, free.
Send a few images and we'll produce a reviewed sample set — no commitment, no shoot required.
